From 1^st April 2025, 12:01 am to 30^th April 2025, 11:59 pm (the “Promotional Period’’), Big Ticket will be awarding five guaranteed cash prizes of AED 150,000 to five lucky winners every week.

To qualify for the weekly electronic draw (“E-draw”), the customer must purchase at least one Big Ticket worth AED500. Please see below table for more detailed information regarding purchase dates and E-draw dates:

Each ticket entry is only valid for one weekly E-draw according to the table above, and the live draw series 274 on 3^rd of May 2025 with the chance to win the grand prize and the bonus prizes.

All ticket entries to the E-draw and grand prize live draw are automatic. For example, a customer purchases a ticket on 5^th of April 2025 this ticket will automatically enter the weekly E-draw on 10^th of April  2025 and live draw series 274 on 3^rd of May 2025.

Free tickets from any promotion are also entitled to enter the weekly E-draw and grand draw series 274.

The winner of the weekly E-draw will be announced according to the E-Draw dates mentioned in the table above.

Winners will be contacted by a Big Ticket representative via telephone call, which will be streamed live on Tik Tok and shared on Big Ticket’s social media pages for marketing purpose.

Winners must claim their Cash Prize within six months from the winner announcement date.

The cash prizes will be processed via bank transfer to winner’s bank account in current country of residence, upon completion of winner due diligence.

Contestants for The Big Win stand a chance to attend, participate, and win guaranteed cash prizes ranging from AED 20,000 to AED 150,000 in The Big Win live draw Series 274 on 3 May at 7:30 pm in the Big Ticket Studio.

To qualify, participants must purchase Big Tickets (cash tickets) worth at least AED 1,000 in a single transaction for Promotion Series 274, which runs from 1 April at 12:01 am to 24^th April 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Contestants for The Big Win will be randomly selected, on a weekly basis, using a certified random number generator. Entry to the weekly selection is automatic according to the table below.

The selected contestants must attend the Big Ticket live draw Series 274 in person.

Total four contestants will be selected to participate in The Big Win contest and each participant will only stand a chance to be selected once as a contestant to participate in The Big Win contest.

The selected contestants’ names will be announced on 1^st May on Big Ticket's social media platforms and website.

Another eligible participant will be selected using the same selection method if the initial selected contestant cannot confirm his or her attendance at the Big Ticket live draw Series 274.

Big Ticket will contact contestants using the information provided during ticket purchase.

Big Ticket reserves the right to use contestants' images and create promotional content for marketing purposes.

All cash prizes payment will be processed via bank transfer upon satisfactory completion of winner due diligence.

It is the responsibility of the contestant outside of the United Arab Emirates, at own expense, to apply for a visa to the United Arab Emirates.
