October Promotion - Series 280 Terms & Conditions

  1. From 1st October 2025, 12:01 am to 31st October 2025, 11:59 pm (the “Promotional Period’’), Big Ticket will be awarding five 24-karat 250 grams gold bar (“Gold Prize”) on a weekly basis


  2. To qualify for the weekly electronic draw (“E-draw”), the customer must purchase at least one Big Ticket worth AED 500. Please see below table for more detailed information regarding purchase dates and E-draw dates:

  1. Each ticket entry is only valid for one weekly E-draw according to the table above, and the live draw series 280 on the 3rd November 2025. For example, if a customer purchases a ticket on 6th  October 2025, this ticket will enter the E-draw on 9th October 2025 and the grand prize live draw Series 280 on 3rd November 2025.


  2. All ticket entry to the weekly E-draw and grand prize live draw is automatic. Free tickets from any promotion are also entitled to enter the weekly E-draw and grand prize live draw series 280.


  3. Winners will receive the winning call and be broadcast live on the Big Ticket YouTube channel and website at 11 am.


  4. Winners will be contacted by the Big Ticket representative using the contact information provided on the ticket.


  5. Winners must successfully complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to claim their gold prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.


  6. Winners, at own expense, to claim the Gold Prize from the jeweller shop in Abu Dhabi.


  7. Winners must collect their Gold Prize within six months from the winner announcement date.


  8. Winner is responsible to make all necessary arrangements and cover all related fees or duties if winner wishes to take or send the Gold Prize to a country outside of the UAE.


  9. Big Ticket does not export Gold Prize to foreign countries and does not offer any cash alternatives to Gold Prize winners.


  10. Big Ticket cannot be held responsible for any dealings conducted by the winner with potential buyers.


  11. All times mentioned are in Gulf Standard Time.


  12. These terms, specifically relating to the Gold Prize promotion, are additional and should be considered alongside the primary terms and conditions outlined in the “Terms and Conditions” section on Big Ticket website.
