1. About Us and Big Ticket
1.1. We are The Big Ticket LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in accordance with the laws of, and with a registered office in, the Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone and whose commercial licence number is ADAFZ00444 ("we”, “us” or “our”).1.2. We are the official operator for the Big Ticket raffle draw in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) and the operator of the Big Win – a special game held during our Big Ticket live raffle draw where four (4) lucky contestants win guaranteed cash prizes (the “Big Win”).
1.3. We use the terms “you” and “your” to mean any person who accesses or uses our website www.bigticket.ae (the “Site”), purchases a ticket for our Big Ticket raffle draw (either via our Site or in store at one of our ticket counters), or who is selected to participate in the Big Win.
2. About these Terms
2.1. These Big Win Terms and Conditions (the “Big Win Terms”) set out the rules and requirements for participation in the Big Win.2.2. These Big Win Terms apply in addition to, and should be read together with, the Big Ticket Terms and Conditions available at [Big Ticket] (the “Big Ticket Terms”).
3. Eligibility
3.1. To be eligible for selection, you must purchase tickets for the Big Ticket monthly raffle draw in a single transaction (either online or at one of our ticket counters) of at least AED 1,000 during the applicable eligibility period (the “Eligibility Window”).Eligibility Window for Big Win Series 280:

3.2. Each week during the Eligibility Window, all eligible customers will be automatically entered into a random electronic draw. One (1) participant will be selected per week using an independently certified random number generator, according to the schedule below.

3.3 A total of four (4) participants will therefore be selected for each Big Win.
3.4. In each Eligibility Window, an eligible customer can only be chosen once. However, if a customer has already participated, they may be chosen again in a later Eligibility Window, provided they meet the eligibility requirements in section 3.1.
4. Notifying Selected Participants
4.1. Names of selected participants will be published on our Site and via our social media platforms, including Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BigTicketAbuDhabi) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/bigticketauh) after the Eligibility Window has closed.4.2. We will also attempt to contact selected participants directly using their registered contact details.
4.3. If you are notified of selection, you must promptly confirm your attendance (or request to nominate someone in accordance with section 5.3) without delay (and within any timeframe notified by us). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your place, and a replacement will be drawn using our independently certified random number generator.
4.4. Published lists of selected participants are therefore subject to change in case of replacement.5. Attendance
5.1. The Big Win takes place during our live draw in Abu Dhabi. Selected participants must attend the Big Ticket studio in person.5.2. Before attending, participants must sign the Big Win Participant Agreement, which will be provided after selection. Failure to sign means forfeiture of your place, and a replacement will be drawn using our independently certified random number generator.
5.3. If you cannot attend, you must notify us immediately. At our discretion, you may nominate someone aged 18 or older to attend on your behalf (a “Nominee”), subject to completing a Nominee Authorisation Form and any additional terms and conditions we may require. Acceptance of any Nominee is at our sole discretion.
5.4. If your Nominee is accepted, they must: (a) provide all requested documents for age and identity verification; and (b) sign the Big Win Nominee Participant Agreement before attending.
5.5. If your Nominee is rejected or fails to comply with section 5.4, your place will be forfeited, and another eligible participant will be drawn using our independently certified random number generator.
5.6 We may postpone our live draw if we reasonably consider it necessary. We will notify you (and your Nominee, if applicable) if this happens.
6. Travel and Expenses
6.1. If you reside outside the UAE, we will cover certain travel and accommodation expenses in connection with your participation. Full details will be specified in the Big Win Participant Agreement. You are solely responsible for arranging adequate travel insurance and, if required, obtaining a UAE visa.6.2 If you reside in the UAE, we will arrange transportation between your residence and the Big Ticket studio. If you choose to make your own travel arrangements, we do not reimburse fuel, mileage or other travel-related expenses.
7. Prizes
7.1. Prizes are awarded in accordance with the Big Ticket Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to these Big Win Terms.7.2. For the avoidance of doubt, if a Nominee participates on your behalf, any prize won will be awarded only to you as the selected participant. Nominees have no entitlement to prizes.
7.3 All cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer, subject to satisfactory completion of winner due diligence as required by the Big Ticket Terms and Conditions.
8. Publicity
8.1. The Big Win is part of our public monthly live draw, which filmed and broadcast live.8.2. By participating, you (and, where applicable, any Nominee) agree that we and our partners may use your name, image, voice, and likeness in any broadcast, recording, photograph, publication, or other media, worldwide, without time limit, and for promotional purposes connected to Big Ticket.
8.3. If you (or your Nominee) refuse to participate in filming or publicity, you will not be able to take part in the Big Win.
